The Mediation Process

Initial Consultation
Free 30 minute consultation for each new participant. We discuss your situation, goals, and whether mediation is the right fit.

Premediation
Individual conversations to gain clarity on each participant's needs and priorities before mediation begins.

Preparation
Documents exchanged between parties as needed and participants prepare for joint sessions

Mediation Session
A facilitated conversation where participants explore concerns, build understanding, and work toward meaningful agreements.

Documenting The Plan
Agreements and next steps are documented in a clear plan outlining decisions, responsibilities, and commitments moving forward.
